Active HUBS

The Elemental NRG “Energy” HUBS are in various stages of development across Alberta and Saskatchewan, with a total of four (4) hubs. These hubs are dedicated, islanded power generation and technology systems designed  as a business park to  ensure the reliability and resiliency of the power grid in both provinces. Each Hub provides dedicated utility power delivered 1:1 for high-tech clients, supported by firmed renewables and all related intellectual property. Branded as NRG HUB, these Hubs represent our commitment to innovative and reliable energy solutions  and include solar, windy and hydrogen.   For more technical specifications please download the spec sheet below, each  site is the same.   We invite interested parties (technology companies, vendors, hyper scalers, partners, etc., )   to disclose interest and go through a diligence process for specifications, design & engineering, supply planning, and capitalization planning.  

Located in south eastern Alberta, the primary site for HubOne will be ready with 1000 MW of dispatchable power for 2027.  

This site currently is undergoing development of core IP fiber ring and represents over 250+ Acres of land, for:

- AI Ultra Clusters 

- High Density Immersion Mining

- Hyper Scaler Data Center Developments

HUB-1  planned for 3000 MW of dispatchable renewable power and has the potential, when fully developed - based on demand to deliver up to 7000 dispatchable renewables within the campus.  

NOTE: There will be access to - up to 300 MW of power at this site in 2025. 

Located in central Saskatchewan, this site will  be ready with 800 MW of dispatchable power for 2029, and has the potential, when fully developed - based on demand to deliver up to 3000 dispatchable renewables within the campus.

Hub-2 represents over 250+ Acres of land, for:

- AI Ultra Clusters 

- High Density Immersion Mining

- Hyper Scaler Data Center Developments

NOTE: There will be access to - up to 200 MW of power at this site in 2026 to design & engineer your solution, please connect with us.

Located in central  Alberta this site will  be ready with 800 MW of dispatchable power for 2029, and has the potential, when fully developed - based on demand to deliver up to 3000 dispatchable renewables within the campus.

Hub-3 represents over 250+ Acres of land, for:

- AI Ultra Clusters 

- High Density Immersion Mining

- Hyper Scaler Data Center Developments

NOTE: There will be access to - up to 100 MW of power at this site in 2028.

This site location is within the province of Alberta, and is currently undergoing initial planning, and information will be available in 2025.

Generally, like  all the Hubs this site be slated to deliver 800 MW of dispatchable power, and has the potential, when fully developed - based on demand to deliver up to 3000 dispatchable renewables within the campus.

Hub-4 will also represents over 250+ Acres of land, dedicated for for:

- AI Ultra Clusters 

- High Density Immersion Mining

- Hyper Scaler Data Center Developments

NOTE: There will be access to - up to 200 MW of power at this site in 2030.

• MNDA - if all parties agree to move to detailed analysis and review. 
• Letter of Intent (LOI) for 20/50/100 MW for AI Ultra Cluster, HDI Mining & Novems Build to Suite Facilities up to 1000MW Hyper Scaler.
• Term Sheet / Project Quoted Includes Profitability & Power $Costs Technology Assets Acquisitions Land Asset Procurement (if not on Hub specific site )
• Structure: MSP or Joint Venture
• PPA Agreement:  10/20/30 Year
• Capital: Requirements & Review
• (based on MSP/JV)
• Review of all Services & Agreements Prepared 
• Finalize: Close to Completion
